• The product is unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging

• Products showing signs of use or wear

• Products damaged due to improper handling or care

• Clearance sale or discounted items

• Customized or made-to-order jewellery

3. Imitation Jewellery Disclaimer

• Imitation jewellery may tarnish, fade, or discolor over time depending on usage and care.

• Color change, polish wear, or stone loosening due to regular use, water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or refund.

🚚 Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our end.

• Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be processed

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

• Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
